    We are searching for a talented Receptionist to be based out of our property Bayside in San Francisco. At Forest City, we are thoughtful in social responsibility and pride ourselves in fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace that provides opportunities for continuous growth!

     

    Receives visitors at Forest City office or business location, determines nature of business, and directs visitors to appropriate destination, recording name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon; may issue visitor's pass as required. Receives incoming phone calls and answers inquiries or directs calls to appropriate party. Performs additional clerical support duties such as typing/formatting data and receiving deliveries.   

    Responsibilities

    • Receives phone calls through the switchboard and ensures that all calls are handled in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Acts as a customer resource regarding structure and operation of the Company; assures calls are routed to the appropriate individuals as requested.
    • Receives visitors at a Forest City office or business location, determines nature of business, and directs visitors to appropriate destination.
    • Maintains an organized and presentable reception area.
    • Performs additional clerical support duties such as typing or formatting data utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) and receiving deliveries.

    Qualifications

    • This position requires a High School Diploma / GED.
    • <1 year of required Receptionist experience.
    • Required skills for the position include: communication, customer service, interpersonal, close attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality. 
    • This position requires up to 10% travel.
