    We are searching for a talented Sr. Administrative Assistant to be based out of our office located in San Francisco, California.


    As a Sr. Administrative professional, this role will support existing office needs as well as become a key contributor on our new development projects which will forever change the landscape of this community. The chosen candidate will have the ability to work with a diverse group of team members with differing work styles in a dynamic work environment.  Time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment is critical.  Preferred candidates will have experience supporting a real estate development or construction organization.


    The Sr. Administrative support position performs complex administrative and various support duties including creating, editing, and proofreading moderate to intricate documentation such as presentations, spreadsheets and e-mail. A majority of work assigned requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with little direct supervision. Contacts both inside and outside of company are general in nature and may involve certain exchanges of information where the information is regarded as sensitive or confidential. Prepares moderate to complex reports or correspondence to support daily operations of the department or business unit.

    • Provides administrative assistance to department or business unit supervisor and staff to support daily ongoing business needs; anticipates needs of staff based on current project. Performs duties using initiative and independent judgment with little or no supervision; organizes/coordinates workflow and manages multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines. 
    • Creates, edits, and proofreads moderate to complex letters and/or reports as well as other documentation including e-mail, tables, presentations, and spreadsheets; may compose correspondence from rough notes or independent knowledge of specific circumstances.    
    • Formats, compiles, and prepares department collateral (spreadsheets, presentations, reports) through summarizing information from several sources as requested. May use corporate accounting system such as SAP. 
    • Prepares and manages department or business unit deliverables (i.e., production, assembly, mailings, etc.).
    • Analyzes department/business unit methods in order to improve or simplify procedures or suggest cost reductions; this includes but is not limited to record-keeping, forms control, policies and procedures, and workflow. Suggests new systems or revisions to established procedures or existing policies.
    • Performs miscellaneous support duties including mailing, faxing, copying, and travel arrangements.
    • Schedules meetings and arranges use of conference rooms and/or outside facilities.
    • Based on knowledge and understanding of business needs, collaborates with other staff/departments to complete administrative tasks required of various special projects.  


    • This position requires a High School Diploma / GED.
    • An additional degree that is preferred for this position include: Associate Degree in Business coursework.
    • 3-4 years of required experience in Administrative support duties.
    • Required skills for the position include: attention to detail, ability to multi-task, team player, communication, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to manage stress.
    • This position requires up to 10% travel.
